Keep the Streak Alive Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor. The Promotion is sponsored and administered by Toppers Pizza LLC, 333 W. Center St., Whitewater, WI 53190 ("Sponsor" or "Toppers").

2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of Wisconsin who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. In addition, the following individuals are not eligible to enter this Promotion or claim a Prize: (a) the employees, officers, directors, partners, equity holders, members and agents of Toppers or Toppers’ franchisees; (b) officers and employees of advertising, public relations, and sales promotion agencies employed by Toppers who are directly involved in the Promotion; (c) other contractors and agents of Toppers; and (d) any spouse, child, or family member residing as a member of the same household in the principal place of residence of any person designated in (a) through (c). Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Sweepstakes consists of separate drawings tied to the 2026 National League Championship Series between the Milwaukee Brewers and the Los Angeles Dodgers. Each “Game Day Entry Period” begins three hours before first pitch on the date of the game (“Game Day”) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT that same day. If a game is postponed, its entry period moves to the date the game is actually played. Sponsor's computer network is the official timekeeping source.

*If necessary. If Game 5, 6 or 7 is not played, there will be no entry period, drawing, or prize for that Game.

4. AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Promotion, all entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of Toppers as final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize (described below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. This Promotion is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Wisconsin law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

5. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Promotion:

a). Purchase entry: Place an order of $33 or more, during the Game Day Entry Period on a given Game Day, at a participating Toppers location through toppers.com, the Toppers app, by phone or in store, with the order placed under your Upper Crust Society loyalty account (signed in online, or account information provided at the time of a phone or in-store order). You will be automatically entered into that Game Day's drawing. "Order of $33 or more" means the food and beverage subtotal after discounts and before tax, delivery fees, service fees and tip. Orders placed through third-party delivery services and gift card purchases do not qualify[A1] .

b). Free entry: During the Game Day Entry Period on a given Game Day, email offers@toppers.com with your first and last name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth. All entries become the property of Toppers and will not be returned or acknowledged.

Limit one (1) entry per person per Game Day, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries beyond the limit will be void. Toppers assumes no responsibility for incomplete, inaccurate, lost, mutilated, late, stolen, or misdirected entries.

6. DRAWING AND ODDS: One (1) winner (“Prize Winner”) per eligible Game Day will be randomly selected by Toppers in a drawing from all eligible entries received for that Game Day. This selection will occur within 48 hours after the Game Day Entry Period ends for that Game Day. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that Game Day. Entries do not carry over to other Game Days. Free entries have the same chance of winning as purchase entries.

7. PRIZES. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative or substitution of prize except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of comparable value if a prize is deemed unavailable. The ticket prize from Game 5 includes game admission only; transportation, parking, lodging, meals and all other expenses are the winner's responsibility, and tickets are subject to the terms and conditions printed on or associated with them. Food prizes are redeemable at participating Toppers’ locations, subject to the terms provided on the reward, and have no cash value. Topperstix for a Month and Topperstix for Life rewards are delivered to the winner's Upper Crust Society account, and the winner must have or create a free Upper Crust Society account to receive them. Weekly rewards not redeemed within 7 days of posting to the account expire and do not roll over. If Sponsor ceases operating participating locations, Sponsor may substitute a reward of comparable value. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. If required, Prize Winners agree to provide their Social Security Number and any appropriate tax documentation for tax reporting purposes. If required, Toppers will file an IRS Form 1099 or similar document with the Internal Revenue Service for the fair market value of any Prize.

8. VALUE OF THE PRIZES: Approximate Retail Values (ARV) are Sponsor's good faith estimates as of the start of the Promotion Period. The ARV for each Game Day prize is provided in the table above.

9. Free Triple Offer. Upper Crust Society members who place a qualifying Game Day order of $33 or more (as defined in Section 5) during a Game Day Entry Period, will receive one (1) free Triple Original Topperstix reward added to their account the next day and valid for 7 days after it is added. Limit one (1) Free Triple reward per member per week (Monday through Sunday), regardless of the number of qualifying Game Day orders placed that week. The approximate retail value of one Triple Original Topperstix award is thirteen dollars and ninety-nine cents ($13.99). No cash value. Participating locations only. Receiving or redeeming the Free Triple Original Topperstix reward is not required to enter the Sweepstakes.

10. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be contacted by email and/or phone within 72 hours after the drawing for the applicable Game Day. A potential winner must respond within 3 days of the notification attempt, and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where lawful) Publicity Release, and an IRS Form W-9 before receiving Prize. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from remaining eligible entries for that Game Day.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASE: The Promotion is subject to applicable laws and regulations. By entering and/or claiming a Prize, each entrant: (a) agrees to defend, indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Toppers, and its respective owners, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, directors, officers, agents, employees, managers, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Promotion, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, causes, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, arising out of the entrant’s negligent actions related to participation in this Promotion or receipt or use of any Prizes; (b) consents to the use by the Sponsor, and each of their respective designees of the Prize Winner’s name, hometown, and Prize information for promotion, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, consideration, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law; and (c) acknowledges that none of the Released Parties or anyone else has either made, or is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, either expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize including but not limited to, its quality or availability and all such warranties are disclaimed in their entirety.

To the extent legally permissible, each entrant acknowledges and accepts that Toppers cannot warrant against: (i) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (ii) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (iii) printing errors; (iv) lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable email; (v) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries, including but not limited to data entry errors resulting from or caused by the entering, keying, or mis-keying of the required information by entrants; or (vi) misuse of any Prize or any activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize by the Prize Winner.

All personal information collected by Toppers during the Promotion may be used by the Toppers according to Toppers Privacy Policy at https://toppers.com/privacy-policy/.

No failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall constitute a waiver of that provision. These Official Rules may be modified for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion. If for any reason the Promotion (or any portion thereof) is not capable of being executed as planned, or in the case of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of entrants, technical failures, or any other causes that, in the opinion of the Toppers, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion (or any portion thereof), Toppers reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any suspect entry or entrant and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion (or any portion thereof). Any entrant that enters the Promotion via a fake account (e.g., bot account) will be disqualified.  Toppers reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel the Promotion in its entirety if it becomes technically corrupted or because of non-authorized human intervention.  In the event of any disqualification of a suspect entry or entrant, notice thereof may be posted and the determination of the Prize Winner will be made from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time of such disqualification, as Toppers determines in their sole discretion. Entrants who do not comply with all rules are subject to disqualification. In the event of any termination, cancellation, or suspension of the Promotion, notice thereof will be posted on Toppers’ website (https://toppers.com/).

12. DECLARATION: By being selected as a Prize Winner and accepting a Prize in this Promotion, THE Prize Winner is declaring that they are eligible to participate in the Promotion, that they understand and agree to all terms of these Official Rules, and that they hereby provide consent for Toppers to use the information in their entry as contemplated herein, INCLUDING PUBLISHING THE PRIZE WINNER’S NAME.  If THE Prize Winner does not agree to these Declarations, they must IMMEDIATELY inform Toppers that they wish to be disqualified and forfeit ANY Prize.

13. APPLICABLE LAWS: All entrants agree to comply with and abide by all applicable laws, including administrative rules and regulations, instructions, conditions and final decisions of Toppers and all procedures established by Toppers for the Promotion. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any summary, representation, or other restatement of rules appearing in any advertisement, point of sale material, or other media, these Official Rules shall govern.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Except where prohibited by law, by entering and/or claiming a prize, entrants agree that in the event of a dispute concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, or enforceability of these Official Rules, the determination of Toppers shall be final and binding. All issues and questions concerning the rights and obligations of participant(s) in relation to Toppers and their agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any such action at law or in equity shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Madison, Wisconsin, and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS PROMOTION, OR AWARDING OF THE PRIZES, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; AND (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS' FEES; AND (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR AND HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES; AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. IN NO EVENT WILL TOPPERS’ LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS PROMOTION, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED the maximum Prize amount of $14,550.

15. E-MAIL COMMUNICATION: By entering into this Promotion, entrants may receive e-mail communications from Toppers. Entrants will have the ability to unsubscribe from these e-mails upon receipt.

16. WINNERS LIST: For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Keep the Streak Alive Winners List, Toppers Pizza LLC, 333 W. Center St., Whitewater, WI 53190, to be received by 12/31/26.

17. Not Affiliated. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or affiliated with, the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, the Los Angeles Dodgers, Major League Baseball, or any broadcasting network. All team names and marks are the property of their respective owners.
